Koi Dojo is a curated encyclopedia dedicated to Japanese rock and metal. Our goal is to build the most comprehensive, structured database of Japanese bands, musicians, releases, and their interconnected histories.

Japanese rock and metal scenes are vast, diverse, and deeply influential, yet they are often fragmented or underrepresented in Western music databases. Many artists remain overlooked simply because reliable information is difficult to access across languages and platforms. Koi Dojo exists to organize that knowledge into a single, structured, and accurate resource.
